The Ottawa Tamil Seniors Association (OTSA) is an organization strives to promote social, cultural and educational interests of the Tamil Seniors in the Greater Ottawa Region, develop understanding among members of the Tamil community in collaboration with other associations where necessary towards the welfare of the Ealam Tamil/Tamil community and make its members aware of issues of concern to the Tamil community.
